I friend of mine sent me this article which was in the in New York Post yesterday. I thought I might share it!

I think I've decided to get a dog, but I know it's always difficult when you live in an apartment. My next step is figuring out how to contain my dog and still allow him to get plenty of exercise in a small apartment. I spoke to my landlord, I live above him, and he said as long as I don't plan on fencing in the yard he's willing to consider other options. I think I'm going to go with an electric fence. I found one that's portable, so if I ever move into a house, which is eventually the plan, I can take it with me when I move!
